9 Natural Fixes Of Cracked Heels – Get Smooth Feet

  • Leave it overnight and wash your feet next day morning

Homemade foot mask:

This homemade foot mask is perfect to treat the cracked heels. The acidic property in lemon heels, kills the infection. Rose water has antiseptic properties, vitamin B3, C, D, E and glycerine softens the skin and moisturises it.

Ingredients:

  • Lemon: ½ cup
  • Glycerine: 2 tbsp
  • Rose water: 2 tsp
  • Rock salt: 1 tbsp
  • Pumice stone: 1
  • Warm water

How to use:

  • Take a tub of warm water.
  • Drop 1/4th cup of lemon juice, 1 tsp of rose water, glycerine and rock salt
  • Dilute them well in the water
  • Soak your feet in the solution and leave it for 15 min
  • Remove your feet and scrub it with pumice stone
  • Now wash your feet with cold water
  • Now take a bowl, add glycerine, lemon juice and rose water
  • Mix them well and apply to the feet
  • Cover your feet towel or socks
  • Leave it overnight and wash off the next day

Paraffin wax:

Paraffin wax is the natural emollient which helps and works on cracked heels. It works perfectly on heels and makes skin soft.

Ingredients:

  • Paraffin wax: 1 tbsp
  • Coconut/mustard oil: 2-3 drops

How to use?

  • Take paraffin wax and melt it
  • Add coconut/mustard oil in it
  • Wash your feet cleanly and wipe it off with dry cloth
  • After wax getting lukewarm
  • Apply it on the cracked heels
  • Cover it with socks or wrap it towel
  • Next day morning wash your feet with lukewarm water
  • Do this once a week

Banana:

Banana is the cheapest and best moisturiser for cracked heels and dry feet.  By applying banana to the feet, it moisturises the feet, soft skin and gives beautiful feet.

How to use?

  • Take a ripe banana
  • Mash it and apply it on the feet
  • Leave it for 15 min and wash with lukewarm water
  • Again after 5 min wash with cold water
  • This must be done daily for moisturised skin

Rice flour :

Rice flour is the exfoliating agent which removes the dead skin cells effectively. Apple cider vinegar and olive oil, makes skin soft and subtle.

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour: 2-3 tbsp
  • Olive oil: few drops
  • Apple cider vinegar: 3-4 drops
  • Honey: 1 tsp

How to use:

  • Take rice flour and add all the ingredients
  • Mix it well
  • Soak your feet for 10 min in warm water
  • Rub the scrub on the feet and cracked heels
  • Leave it for 20 min and wash off with cold water

Indian lilac/neem leaves:

  • Next day wash your feet.
