Some of the women are most lucky as they get regular periods, but it rest with 30% of women who face irregular periods regularly. Irregular periods or irregular menstruation cycle is becoming common. It is not a serious health issue, but can become a serious health problem in the coming days.
What are irregular periods?
Irregular periods medically known as ‘oligomenorrhea’, are the irregular intervals of periods for more than 35 days. A normal period starts within 28 days and ends from 5 to 7 days. An irregular period starts after 35 days ends up to 10-15 days.
How will you know you have irregular periods?
Start counting from the last day of your period till the day, your next period starts. It must be between 28-30 days. If it exceeds for more than 35 days or even 2 moths, then that is counted as irregular periods. Repeat the process of counting for 3 months, if it is irregular for more than 3 months, and then consult doctor.

Unripe papaya: papaya contains fibre and papaya, which is referred to as heat production in the body. It helps in faster blood flow in urinary muscles and urine contractions, carotene in the papaya stimulates the production of estrogens in the body, helps in correct functioning of urinary muscles, and makes menstruation cycle regular.
