Natural ingredients to add in your shampoo

Shampoo is the natural cleanser for our hair, which cleanses and makes our hair silky and smooth. But can we depend wholly on the shampoo products which are 85% of chemicals and 15% natural products? Well, very few are aware of these facts. Who in this busy world, has the time to read the statistics, and buy the products, which are best suited to them.

But yes, world is changing and so are the people. Many of them prefer DIY natural shampoos rather than the chemical one. Here are the few tips, which can create magic on your hair. Just by adding few ingredients, in your shampoo, your hair can do wonders.

No it does not take time at all, only just about a minute that’s it.

What are the natural ingredients to add in the shampoo?

1.Honey:

Honey

Honey the natural antioxidants,that makes your hair silky and smooth.

What does it do?

Honey cleans the scalp, which is dry and itchy. It kills bacteria, removes dandruff, restores essential oil and moisture and makes hair shiny. Makes hair follicles strong and helps in promoting faster hair growth

How to use?

  • Take bowl
  • Add 2 tbsp of shampoo and 2 tbsp of honey to it
  • Stir well and wash off
  • Wash well, so that no sticky honey is left behind.
  • After your hair gets dried you will feel, the hair is silky and soft.

2.Glycerin:

Glycerine

 it works perfectly well for dry and itchy hair. Glycerine contains gel, which looks moisture in the hair, cleans scalp and gives black silky hair. This can be done once a week and you can see the desired results

How to use?

  • Just add 3 drops of glycerin to the shampoo
  • Apply to the whole, prior to strands
  • Leave for 2 min and wash off

3.Aloe vera:

Aloevera

Aloe vera aka kalabanda, our own plant can do wonders. It boosts proteolytic enzymes and amino acids which improves scalp, get rids of shampoo, improves blood circulation, gives moisturized and silky hair

How to use?

  • You can use it two ways
  • Just add 2 scoops of aloe gel in shampoo
  • Mix well and apply

The other way

  • First wash your with shampoo
  • Wash off
  • Now apply aloe vera to your hair
  • Leave it for 5 min
  • Wash off

3.Lemon juice:

Lemon juice

lemon contains anti bacterial, anti fungal properties, citric acid and vitamin C which removes dandruff, stops from forming dandruff, cleans the scalp and works on it. It balances the pH level of your hair.

How to use?

  • Just take 2 tbsp of shampoo
  • Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Mix well, apply and wash off
  • For desired results do this once a week

4.Rose water:

Rose water

Rose water works on the pH balance of the hair. Works on the hair scalp, soothes hair and gets rid off itchy. Whenever you fell like itchy of irritation in the hair, just go for rosewater

How to use?

  • 2 tbsp of shampoo with 1 ¼ of rose water
  • Dilute shampoo with rose water and apply
  • Wash properly

5. Amla juice:

Amla juice

Amla juice the natural hair dye, which turns your hair in to black in no less than time. Amla is the natural conditioner, promotes hair growth, work on dandruff and scalp. It especially expertises in preventing the thin of hair, hair breakage and hair damage.

How to use?

  • Take freshly squeezed 2 tbsp of amla juice
  • Add to it 2 tbsp of shampoo
  • Mix well and apply
  • This can applied, every time you shampoo

6. Essential oils:

Rosemary essential oil

lavender oil and tea tree oils are the essential oils, which restores hair moisture and hydrates hair. It improves hair texture, volume and stops hair fall.

How to use?

  • Add 5 to 6 drops of oils in the shampoo
  • Mix well and apply
  • Wash off
  • Apply this method once in a week.

7. Olive oil:

Olive Oil

Olive oil repairs hair damage and breakage. It works on the hair scalp and makes hair smooth and silky. Every time, you don’t have time to put olive oil, before hair wash.

How to use?

  • Just add 5-6 drops of olive oil in shampoo
  • Apply and Wash off

8. Sugar:

Suga

The other name for hair scrub is sugar. Sugar removes the dirt, impurities, toxins, dead skin cells, penetrates deep within the scalp, and locks moisture. This is the basic kitchen ingredient, which is inexpensive and handy.

How to use?

  • Take 2 tbsp of shampoo
  • Add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix it
  • Apply on the scalp, massage properly and wash off
